Session: Yoga Training

8th was a bright  November  morning in Tata Sports Auditorium.   Two of our  units initiated the students with Yoga. Yoga is a traditional Indian approach for holistic health of mind and body. Yoga is excellent for keep anxiety and depression away apart from physical health. After the training the students are inquisitive about Yoga and the very next day some of them voluntarily assembled to clear their doubts from the experienced tutor.  Few photographs and a video clip of the session is given below.
